In London, police say they face an "unprecedented'' security challenge at the gathering of world leaders for the G20 meeting.

Thousands of demonstrators are expected to protest the impact of the economic meltdown.

Workers in the financial district of the city are being advised to leave their suits at home and wear casual clothing instead.

Al Jazeera's Nazanine Moshiri reports from London.
