it is very unlikely that there will EVER be a batman game without the JOKER.
JUST NOT GONNA HAPPEN.
Certain bad guys will always be in the batman games.
Joker is on the top of that list.

Talia isn't dead. Her body disappears when you are fighting Clayface. I also think that she was the one who put the cure into Batmans right hand at 9:33, when he was holding it in his left hand before that. And you'll notice that Ras al Ghuls body disappears when you go back to where he fell. She took his body.
