I'm just glad the iphone inspired android to bring up all these amazing mobile phones... it is easy to see that the i phone will be loosing it's crown pretty soon.... Verizon is just to strong of a network... all they need is a phone to really push their network and this might be it.. lets all hope!

Even if Apple remains #1 for a long time, I like to see other companies keeping them on their toes. Competition usually makes things better for the consumer.

Its a shame. I was really looking forward to Verizon getting the iPhone next year. Looks like that wont happen.

The exclusive contract with Apple wont last forever. Maybe having another heavy hitter on Verizon might push Apple into opening the platform a little before joining the Verizon network.
