I took a break from Netroots Nation 2009 to sneak and sit in for a panel at RightOnline 2009. It was filled with ignorance, fear and anger. Several audience members gave heartfelt speeches in favor of DDT and how could they not address the general liberal assault on THE CHILDREN.
RightOnline was sad and pathetic compared to Netroots Nation. The venue was so tiny and their exhibit hall, or what was supposed to be their exhibit hall, was simply 10 tables crowding a normal hallway.
Honestly, why can't the right think for itself and not copy everything the left does online? Be original and have a conference on your own date and in your own city.
As I said on their website, they are like a fifth-grader following the adults around saying "Me, too! Me, too!" Having their copycat event at the same time in the same city is the only way they can get the press to cover them.
Notice how there are NO calls to action. The messages here are "Be afraid! Be very afraid!" and "Watch Fox News."
You can't cure stupid.
