I love this man. He is a breath of fresh air. With no training i beat an mma amatuer fighter in a street fight simply by choking him with my hand after he body slammed me on the concrete and made me pissed, my adrenaline caused my sneaky right hand to limp and slither up around his neck, when the fingers bit into his skin, his muscles did not help him...people are like turtles, slit the throat don't try to break teh shell...lol.

He is absolutely right, internal martial arts must be practiced with combat mindfulness, by applying technique that is practical for combat with skill/ internal principles of energy gathering, breathing, balance & coordination.
