AL's 40 gallon turtle tank .

My 40 Gallon turtle tank. PART 1.

Inhabitants: Red eared sliders, Crayfishes, feeder gold fishes, ghost shrimps (hard to find) and a villager fishing.

Theme: A floody situation in the woods.

Two filters, a bottom and one on the top.
Night glow red led lights.
Air pump for water aeration.
Live bamboo plants.
imitation plants giving a good hiding options for all in my tank.
High output lamps for my turtles to bask in.
A water heater. and a lot of ornaments.

My pets are well served and I LOVE THEM!

I WISH I HAD A BIGGER TANK AND SPACE IN MY SOLARIAM.

Awesome! I love it. But I wonder...how long does it take to clean, how often do you have to clean everything, & how difficult is it? O_o

@awketepoose trust me, cleaning is a pain, but on the weekend its fun for me to clean them , as I take my time doing so and approx for an hour of cleaning.

thats very nice , but i have a question , my turtles always float , even if i sank them they float again , do you know why ??

I'm thinking about getting some turtles, just wondering, how long can they survive if you leave them with some food? Would I be able to leave them for the weekend or even a whole week?
