[ARCADE/COIN-OP] Football Champ (MAME) - Speed Run : one credit, medium difficulty (Part 1 of 2)

My second favourite arcade football game of all time!! (After Tecmo World Cup '90! See - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LDR58LZ497Y )

Here I'm going to play through the game to complete it on one credit - I haven't played it in a long while but I haven't forgotten how to score! I've set least amount of time but MEDIUM difficulty - I'll go back and do one for the HARDEST at some point if I can! But there's some crazy goals in this one! Maybe next time I'll get to try a SUPER SHOOT!

@blegone Yes, I know you can get high scores ... I think I've got up to 12-0 before, but to be honest I only had a couple of practice games before doing this ... last time I played it was in an arcade in the early/mid 1990s! Perhaps do your own video of your highest score in match then? .....

if it were a speedrun you wouldn't score nor put it in for a throw in but meh

@helgi111 Hmm well I guess 'longplay' would have been better title seeing as it's a fixed length, but longplay implies a perfect run without them scoring or me making mistakes like knocking out for a throw in.

Did the developers get mixed up between England and Scotland? Can't see why they couldn't have had their proper strip colours.

@blegone Is not about how many goals, I even won a game 14-0, but had to do the same goal over and over cos its the fastest one.

But I made lots of great and unique goals also, like with handtrow, the typical angle goal, but on the first post instead crossed, penalties......plain strikes out the goal area...there are lots of different goals, besides the crosed above gk and the center on the line.

Is this the game game where you can purchase power ups and like bannana shot and super shot ETC with random streakers that make the ref blush and faint ???
