By the way, I won the case but I never won the amount I asked for. If anyone knows a program where I can convert DVD and edit unto YouTube, let me know. Thanks!

So what, I dont get it man u were in court um great fine good but r u seriously bragging about going to court i mean it doesnt make u a star or something i dont get it. I mean if i am missing something please explain it to me but I really dont understand y people want to go on tv to solve a dispute that only matters to 2 people, the plaintif and the defendant.

I mean all those people in the audience, have no life and go to these courts to watch how stupid the defendants and plainiffs r when the judge walks all over them. This is what I would do - $500, was it a deposit or was it rent? Deposit? Return entire $500, charge for any days after the initial signing day for a fraction of the current month. Rent? Take out the fraction of month past signed date from the $500. In either case it will be the same amount. Always do a room mate contract that specifies all these conditions! Argh.
