@Dogmantra2 It is "I Enjoy Being a Boy" by the Banana Splits. Can't claim it was an original idea to break into that - I heard Linnell do it! And Flansburgh covered the song on podcast #1.

I can tell clearly that part of the reason you do these covers is because it is fun and musically awesome, but also as a tribute to one of the greatest musical groups ever - have the Johns given you kudos for this? I hope so.

Exactly right - I'm not on a mission to show the world how great I am. It's just fun. These are like the lowest fidelity recordings I could make. It is just really easy for me to stick my camera on record when I'm playing. Ten minutes later its online!

Thanks. I haven't done Birdhouse because the original idea behind these videos was to show how TMBG songs could be arranged on piano. There is already sheet music available for Birdhouse, so it seemed pointless. Perhaps one day...

I think because the camera is os far away I really stuggle to hear your voice and the lyrics in this vid. All the others are ace (who cares if it's lo-fi) but I can't here the words!
