dude just str8 up robs the ATM in broad daylight...no bank logos on his shirt or decals on his 4 door sedan...notice near the end how he acts discombobulated and confused, almost as if he didnt get enough free money...maybe he wanted to be caught, and no one seemed to care...executed with pricision, the man simply walks to his car and drives away with the cash.

@knightrade its not against the law if you are on public property

@knightrade also, this has nothing to do with press powers. Yes the press has the same right to record in public, but that by no means they solely hold that right. There is loads and loads of case law, there's a whole organization devoted to it called photography is not a crime (dot com :D), and the ACLU commonly represent people in these cases. The head of council for several large news organizations have written letters to DA's reminding them of the constitutional protections for recording.

@knightrade you are so misinformed. In one state it is illegal to record police. That's it. Anything else in public is fair game, even if your state requires two party consent, if it's in public you have no expectation of privacy. Yes people have been arrested for recording police in other states besides the one where it's illegal, but EVERY case has been dropped, because recording in public is a protected first amendment right. Look it up! :)
