2 detectives showed up at my house this morning looking for my friend Jim Kaiser. This is a perfect example of how to handle Law Enforcement officers. They are so used to people not exercising their rights, they don't know what to do when someone actually does - especially politely and directly.

  • You should have asked him if he had a search warrant to enter the house. Obviously, they don't have one, but you ask anyway. When he says "no", then you tell him that you want him to get off the property immediately and then shut the door in his face. If he stays, then he is now trespassing. Continue filming and then file a police misconduct complaint. Submit the video evidence of him remaining on the property after you instructed him to leave along with the complaint. It's all you can do.

  • If they had a right to enter your home, trust me they would not knock .

  • SATAN's Tools.

  • That pig is a PUNK!

  • Notice how the cop says the cops will "continue to come here". I've a bad feeling that you'll get raided. This is how cops treat non-violent people. Good job standing up for yourself, more people need to have that kind of courage and knowledge of law.

  • Right on jet, information is a powerful weapon. You had these guy's dazed and confused. 5*****
