I actually think he's not that arrogant, he seems very uncomfortable with all the attention. I mean imagine how awkward you would feel if you'd have some guy with a camera outside of your car taping you. You can see by the mistakes he makes, accelerating to fast with the lambo, missing the turn and stuff that he's not at ease.
