This is an extract from the documentary 'Bombay and Jazz' part of the BBC's 'Rhythms Of The World' series. It was first screened in 1992 and the concert footage was shot for the film. The film was nominated for best documentary at Cannes. The narration is by the director H. O. Nazareth. Also see Don Cherry in Bombay, more footage from the same source.
