  • The music is epic, but the characters are very flat and lack proper dramatic expression. The audience has no reason to empathize with the main character, and therefor is unable to gather proper emotional investment. The physics are VERY soft - distractingly so. Great piece as a 'first attempt' from a student, but 'worlds best'? Disagree.

  • Death is inevitable, and love endures. Great film.

  • @whitetiger12ali what a dumb comment. Have you seen what Pixar has been producing these past years in the field of CGI animation? Just because SOME animators fail to capture human emotion in their characters doesn't mean that the entire concept is flawed. Honestly. There are plenty of flat and boring traditional animations too. A medium is a medium, it is up to the artist to bring life to their creation.

  • @sknygrydg07 i agree , no expression , flat . not good at all. personally i dont care what happens to any of the characters ,destite the melodramatic music.

  • PLEASE can we have a return to traditional animation practices. cgi is so deadening and leaves the charectors flat and expressionless. these type of films are killing real animation. awful

  • although the animation is very good , i agree with sknygrdg07. i prefer traditional methods of animation . cgi although it is a good tool can have a deadening effect . lacks life .

  • That was absolutley incredible

  • I don't get it please explain to me

  • @sknygrydg07 It never proclaimed itself as the worlds best. It was a winner for the WORLD gold award. I agree with what you said though, about lacking proper dramatic expression, but it's still a cool first shot.

  • I felt that the camera was a little too static, and didn't really help to emphasis moments in the film, for instance, when he is running through the forest from the creatures, a little camera shaking would have helped to emphasis the terror.

  • @Crmzonbutterfly35 yeah i think so

  • why do i think the best reaction sucks for this awesome movie?? For students this ia amazingly well done!! Thumbs up for this EPIC but sad movie!!! WELL DONE
