  • put your hips into it for a fierce kick it works like hell to know your opponent out and the punching comes from the hip one fist over your hip throwing the other punch it comes back to the hip the reason for that is to protect your ribs incase they either punch or kick you your side is protected and the stance you did is more like kickboxing not tae kwon do with a stance like it be easy to bring you down your wide open without knowing it also your kicks gotta be higher doing a split in the air
