UK banking reform, make banks pay for their fraud (11Apr11)

An interim report is published on reforming the UK's banking system. But there are claims that it will cost us, the end customer money to implement.
Here's a radical suggestion, implement the changes, and if the baks bring in charges against high street users - throw the bankers in prison for committing the biggest fraud and theft in the World's history. Of course, no such thing will happen as the politicians are in on the scam.
The banks and politicians defrauded savers, pensions, and taxpayers in the biggest theft in history, and prison is the LEAST that should happen to these filth.

The cost always has to go to us the citizens they rob us left right & centre.
Next year they tell us that our Mortgages will go up by an extra £100 per year and now they tell us if they have to print more cash we have to pay for that cost too.
