Zackes debutalbum "Visst är det vackert" släpptes 3 februari i år. Vid den tidpunkten befann sig Zacke fortfarande i Amerikat och hade dagen innan spelat det sista giget på First we take Manhattan turnén med Movits. Ytterligare 4 dagar spenderades i New York innan planet lyfte mot Sveadala. Under denna tid spelades bl.a. videon in till den senaste singeln "1000-0 till idioterna". Trots att Zacke inte befann sig på hemmaplan den stora dagen hölls det en storslagen intern releasefest på det legendariska hotellet "Chelsea Hotel". Bland anrika musikertillhåll och weedinpyrda väggar gick det inte att gå oinspirerad. Mitt uppe i festen filmades en liten live-video in.

  • @wishingwell22 Perhaps someone already replied to this considering you wrote this a year ago but they are saying random words in a quite heavy northern Swedish accent. :P

  • I'm Danish & i can a little bit understand what they say, but somebody can explain me what they say from 3:59 till the end ?

    xxx

  • Ha ha roliga killar där ;D I like!

  • Men släpp en ny skiva ni två!

  • @zcbm92 Invandrare much? :)

  • @sugarpeepsez Thank you! :D You just made my day!

Haha, well I've been watching the scene a number of times now and I think your translation's good! I think it's very interesting that this is SO american! It's hard to translate into swedish both culturally AND linguistically! You know...I understand the humour but it'd be extremely hard for me to explain it to someone who's unfamiliar with the culture.(When I say culture I don't only mean the american culture, but also the US youth&tv culture :)

  • @sebastianstrand Are you kidding? Your English is fantastic! You have reminded me of the "Dude scene" from the movie Baseketball.

How do you translate "Dude" in this context? Maybe: "Friend, what you are considering is morally suspect?" I dunno? :) Thanks for trying, in any case.

  • @sugarpeepsez I'm so sorry if I just don't make any sence at all!

Yes and btw I've never heard "damn skippy" before, haha! Just googled it on urbandictionary! :D Haha

  • @sugarpeepsez Well :) Besides the actual translation I guess the "cultural translation" is even harder (if you understand my poor english...) It's hard to explain the cultural value in a word like "Ändå" has in this sentence. It's a short word and even if we translate it (ändå=still) you will still not truly understand the meaning of it unless you're swedish, maybe that's not even enough, you might have to be norrlänning to understand the ironic undertone and that very culture.
