Still an amazing band, for sure. I loved them back in the late '80's early '90's, back when Mpls was still a city with character (before the developers swooped in and turned it into Condo-Minneapolis almost overnight).
Hell, even 1st Ave got hostile take-overed by the corporate music industry. Glad I left.... BTW, This reminds me of 'Micro-organism' from 'Ladle to the Grave'.

I'm watching this video again and noticed that four days ago I mentioned the Cedar Riverside in1987, it was 1986 when they had a small crowd of ageing hippies danceing like mad, and two kids yelling for Biker Hill, even after Drew Miller said they don't play that one anymore.

Oh the carp are here...
The most under rated band ever. These guys have been doing music like this since the early 1980's? I got into them in '87. Now it's 2009 and they still got IT. I've seen all kinds of bands punk, rap, metal, country, all kinds. I've seen Black Flag, Beastie Boys, Jerry Jeff Walker, Beck, Rage Against The Machine, Public Enemy, all kinds of bands. I have never seen a band get a crowd pumped up and danceing like this band did at the Cedar Riverside Caffee in the fall or winter of 1987.
