Benn was a great fighter but Roy wouldve beat benn at n e time n der prime, Roy was a counter puncher n a defensive fighter n his prime, he wouldnt have landed cleanly too many times against Roy, n Roys handspeed wouldve been too much 4 him

@cazz3000 you can never count benn out! the odds against him when he fought mcclellan were crazy. i agree rjj would win but i also dont doubt that if one bomb from benn landed clean on roy he would drop for the count

@ deanuk...Jones would have picked Nigel apart son, I'm from the UK too....I supposed you genuinely thought Benn was going to beat Eubank too and Hatton was gonna beat Floyd huh???? In the Squared ring son, a great boxer will nearly always beat the great fighter........Nigel was too gung-ho to beat Roy in his prime....Nigel wouldn't have been able to see Roy Jones son, never mind hit him.

@cazz3000 ben would have beat him up no doubt about that..not saying he would win the fight..but Rjj would have had a tough night if it went the full 12 rounds it would be jones...but ben had the abilty to knock people out.. it would be nice to have seen the fight

RJJ > Benn if they had of fought, jones and 160 and 168 had crazy speed and power, but Benn was a fucking WARRIOR in and outside of the ring, he was a fucking bad man.

Trinidad was a career welterweight, Mcallum was what 40 something years old when jones fought him? Completely washed up.
Vinny paz was like 5'5 and never really beat anyone, montell griffen was a fuckin mall security guard and also only 5'7 again these are tiny bum ass middle weights
