@charly1233 I understand what you are saying. A good thing about is that I don't like Blink 182 but I like Green Day. Green Day was what got me into punk so we kind of have to thank them for that. I think lots of punk fans who were born into the new wave of punk kind of got into punk more because of Green Day. Not saying that Blink 182 and the Sex pistols are the same either. In many types of music there are subsets of it. You probably know.

@77sid19 Also I can not eat my brain out because once start to I eat my brain (depends on which part of the brain, but wouldn't be surprised) I would probably kill myself before I finished. So a better way of saying that would be to get a lobotomy, but I won't since I much rather not be a vegetable because I have better things to do than to lie around and not do anything, since I am still in school and have people who love me.

@77sid19 For instance I'm not a "punk" or "punk rocker" or whatever you call it. I would say "Cyber Goth" or "Industrial" as they apply to me more, however being that does not limit me from liking "punk rock" or whatever you call it. And at the same time you do not know what music I listened to as a child or how old. I was not old enough to listen to Ramones or Sex Pistols or other classics when they were hits, and my parents are like, I guess you would say "hippies"...

@77sid19 .... "punk movement".... I don't refer to it as that as I'm not into the political aspects as much as the music itself. From my knowledge, it was created by the rebellious of rock'n'roll and the speed of metal. It often was political, satirical or "dark". "Punk" is label, an ambiguous label, but a label at that. Just as "poser" and "goth". You don't have to be very similar to be labeled that or actually be like that in order to be labeled that. Like in this case, your opinion of me.
