"Dick" is apparently slang for pudding in the UK

Hedwig's Theme by John Williams used for less than a minute for the purposes of review and/or criticism. Also protected speech as a parody.

  • That was great! ;D Thank you for posting me the video, I really enjoyed it - and also found it interesting since I like to cook as well =) (I've never really thought about what exactly the English pudding was).

Though, I'm not really into that much fat and I can't say that I'd like cardamon in any food. But since I live in one of these freezing countries maybe it's the right time to try something... more English ;D. I'm quite curious how it could taste ;D.

  • @Sapphiamur Well you made the most amazing Harry Potter fan video I've ever seen, so I am very flattered you liked mine. Cardamom isn't a requirement, but I thought it would be fun to try it. You can also use ginger, another winter spice I decided against using since I was using cardamom and juniper berries already.

The fat renders down mostly, so it's not an overpowering component.

So glad you took the time to watch my video, and I am looking forward to viewing more of yours!

  • WARNING: I overdid the cardamom just a wee bit

  • Thank you! Great video! Please keep up the great work! Maybe sometime you could show me how to make a gluten-free Cornish Pasty. That would be awesome. :o)

  • @bujigard My mother has gluten problems too. It's really just a matter of getting gluten free flour
