A former NYU professor is alleging that he was fired because he gave actor James Franco a 'D' but TMZ has PROOF he showed up to class. Sort of.

This is stupid. He fell asleep in ONE class. He was out, busy at some art thing the night before and has so so much on his plate, and studies in his spare time whenever possible. Sure he got a D cause of missing classes, but dude seriously, tonnes of people fall asleep in class? They don't get all over the news.
