Here is my story preview:

I walked around, looking at all the beautiful things around me; I had never seen anything like it! I looked up and there was a beautiful crystal chandelier. I couldnt believe where I was.
Selena, would you like to go upstairs? Mrs. Bartlett asked, Sure! Can Ticket come?Well, how about letting Mr. Bartlett take him to get a bath.Mrs. Bartlett said. Okay! We walked up the stairs and I couldnt keep my eyes off the shiny marble stairs, I just stared down as I walked up, with Mrs. Bartlett walking up behind me, wondering what I was doing.
When we got upstairs, Mrs. Bartlett showed me my room. Wow! I love my new room! You know, none of the other girls at the orphanage have been even asked to have an interview to be adopted, except Grace. I feel lucky, but I feel bad. I said as I plopped on to my new bed. Oh, Selena, Mrs. Bartlett said as she sat down next to me, Dont worry, they will find a good home. I sure hope so. I said.
I got up and walked over to the window, and I just stared and stared and stared at the pond across the street outside of the window. Ladies, dinnertime! Mr. Bartlett called, as he stuck his head in the doorway.
Well be down there in just a minute. Mrs. Bartlett said, and then she looked at me. Mr. Bartlett walked back downstairs and Mrs. Bartlett started saying one more thing. So, Selena, Are you sure you want to live here with us? She asked me.
I hesitated, and it took me about five minutes to decide.
Yes, Im sure.
