I made a fitting music track for myself to train with Passion4Profession's video. I might just as well share it with you all. Thanks to Passion4Profession for allowing me to upload this, and for making these awesome videos!

  • @eminemleon no your feet shouldnt touch the ground , they should be like 1-2 cm off the ground

  • @eminemleon feet are not supposed to touch the ground. keeep them elevated at all times about 1 or two inches off the ground.

  • Finihed it. This was very hard compared to lvl 2.The last exercise was an absolutre killer :)

  • The double twist is sooo hard to do and also alternate crossing of the feet but i won't quit until I succeed the whole excersize.

  • the remix is almost as a  Justin Bieber song lol
