In this video I cover the basics of the Diathesis-Stress Model, a specific viewpoint created in psychology by Holmes & Rahe which examines vulnerabilities for disease and mental disorders under the perspective of genetic and environmental factors. It is an interesting way of also thinking about individual differences and how that applies to you. Hope to see your comments!
