this was really beautiful. You really understood the song, that's rare from what I've seen from it, not many people can sing it this way. Perfect vocals, but your emotion was what I loved the most, and what got me chills

I agree! But I think she chose to sing it that way because it's a "choir" college and it was a recital, not a Musical Theatre performace. Maybe there was more emphasis on technique than acting? Either way, she still did an excellent job perfomring it too. A+ !!!!!!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE how you filled the pause after "I don't care." The choice to sing "take me there" is very interesting. Not one I've ever considered; I might have to try it out!! :-)

Excellent. Passionate and powerful without ever screaming, which is what I always resort to, unfortunately. The pause after the second "I don't care" is so lovely! Get on Broadway already! 8)
