my late, dear friend Strother McMinn wrote the liner notes on that album. He lived a short distance from the rialto and was at all of the concerts there, and several sessions/parties at the Pasadena Studio.

I sure do miss all of the concerts George gave at the Rialto. What a shame what the theater looks like today. Peter Crotty, the Pepiots and several others worked very hard to keep that organ playing and up to George's standards. For a time, George gave monthly concerts there. The theater was always filled. I learned a lot from George over the years.
