I use this method of cooking with Ziploc Zip and Steam bags to make lunch at work. These bags help stay on my fitness and nutrition program and on the road to losing weight. This lunch is a chicken breast with Mrs. Dash seasoning which is a sodium Right now I am in my 3rd week of Turbo Jam and will be measuring myself in another day or two. The first two weeks I lost a total of 7 inches. So you know I must be doing something right.
