JLVI13 you are right about leg exercises allowing you to burn more fat. Don't listen to these assjunkies. They're just a bunch of wannabes. Keep on rocking, bro.

My goodness have you missed the mark. There is so much more to the abdominal workout than described. Sure doing legs helps with core stability but so do any other free weight exercises. To specifically build up your abs you need to isolate the upper and medium + lower sections. Then to reveal, cut down body fat and do cardio.

@Hunt8rJob I know that, I've not missed the mark. This is a very good way though, because with Squatting you activate over 1/3 of the total amount of muscles in your body. The core stability wasn't the reason why I choose this title, but the fact that squats works out that big amount of muscles IS the reason I got it.
You don't HAVE to do cardio to cut down body fat. It's one way to go, but if you lift weights only and get the right nutrition you can even do it without cardio.

Just get a friggn Ab Rocket. If I'm going to use weights it will be to build upper body strength or leg muscles. Heck even leg lifts in a V-seat are more worth it than this...

@CodeguruX This is THE most FUNNIEST comment I've ever read on my channel. What the hell are you thinking man! An Ab Rocket, that's the saddest thing I've ever seen. Getting a sixpack has nothing to do with doing crunches or other abdominal exercises, it's about getting your BodyFat down. Training Legs will lead in maximum muscle building which will lead to burning down way more fat in rest. Stop telling people what to do if you don't know what you are talking about!
