I remember song back in the day in the 1980 in delaware and philly plus DC area. I was a total party when this song came on. I wish all the hip/rap kids today to hear this music so they know the foundation of rap/hiphop. People play this music to your kids.

@MrParjon might just be a really similar break but you can hear the sort of descending tom fills. very reminiscent of the bar-kays tune in any case. both monster grooves.
