Dowload/buy Half-Life 1 then download the mod called ESF then install ECX and big pack and your done

ive got 20,000,000 pl and i had 5 health when i transform i just go ssj

you also have to wish for the moon! then thats it

To turn SSJ4 you have to get 10 000 000 pl in normal form and go under 15 HP,and transform.You'll turn into kid goku,after that go ssj3 and wish for the moon you'll have to be under 15 hp again and press "Z" to turn SSJ4
