My $20.00 homade chicken plucker. electric motor , shaft , pulleys recycled from old swamp cooler, barrel lumber and1/4" air hose had at the ranch had to buy nuts bolts and drive belt. Its not perfect but it worksfor me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I took the motor out of a old swamp cooler , no cost , just recycled
