ah i see....when was the lottery started? i dont remember. if it was that year then that sucks, but if they were represented the most in the lottery (which if the worst record they had to be right?), then i would not say cheated, just terrible timing to implement a draft

the flyers had BY FAR the worst record in the league. Cuz of a lottery, the blackhawks were able to get lucky and win the first overall pick by chance.
