I spent 4 months in Alamogordo in 1990, working on a project at Holloman. Made the best of my time there by wandering around the area and taking in the history of the place. I may have to purchase this! Thanks!!

My family is from Alamogordo. Both my Grandfathers died there. My parents met at AHS and I spent my childhood-summers at space camp at Space Hall. This video takes me back.

Where can I purchase this Video? Or see it at all? Thanks!

@reversereenigne I'm pretty sure it's for sale at the Space Museum in Alamogordo if you're a local, if not it could be a bit trickier. Feel free to contact me directly through our Foolish Earthling Productions website (contact info is posted there. For some reason YT won't let me stick an email address in this reply) and we'll figure something out.

Thanks so much for posting this! I grew up in Alamogordo, and even had Dr. Townsend as my Instructor (both in an AP high school "Contemporary Issues" class, and later in college where he taught New Mexico History.) He's a fascinating and well-informed man.

@gryphonshire We spent several months in Alamogordo shooting "The Land of Space and Time" (and in fact try to get back there as often as possible. It's one of our favorite places on earth.) Dr. Townsend has several wonderful moments in the film, and was a great boon to me personally as I researched and wrote the script. I'm so pleased we were able to get him on camera; For me, his contributions are the highlights of the movie. Thanks so much for your comments.
