Hey my friends turbo FC also had that same idle problem. He took off the catalytic converter and everything was back to perfectly normal with the idle. I know the video is a few years old but thought I'd put it out there

Nice fc man. Got one myself. Same color, too. Just recently did a full rhd turbo swap from an n/a. Runs awesome. Right now I'm going through the same thing as you. Good luck!
