The Lord of the Rings kjent kværandere.:-D di snakka mye. men ijæn takk før opplastinga.:-D

  • @andvas1994 Ingen orsak.

  • Thank you heathenmaiden-how old were u wen this was shown on cbbc

  • You're welcome :)

Well, I'm from Sweden so I never watched this on the BBC. But I was 6 when they aired it in Sweden back in 1990.

  • it is nearly 25 years old and was done on a budget of license payers money, of course it's not going to be as good as a £100,000,000+ disney production! it still has it's merits though and was amazing for it's time. i'm watching it from start to finish for the great memories it brings up...

  • I think the casting choices for the Pevensies in this version were perfect for the boys, not so much the girls.

I always pictured Lucy as looking cuter than this, and Susan is supposed to be dark haired not blondish.I do like the casting choices for Eustace and Jill though

On the other hand I think they did a GREAT job casting the Penvensies in the new version.

I do disapprove of them adding things like Susan/Caspian in the new flicks though.Whats the point?

    Both versions have their charm.

  • Why can't the BBC make these types of programmes now..? :-(

  • I prefer the old Chornicholes of narnia than the new ones

  • Yeah Susan/Caspian was plain weird. Even though I enjoy mocking the BBC version, it stayed closer to the books than did the Disney version and honestly the BBC version brings back some good memories not to mention the cooler theme song.

  • @zeburt123 Yeah.

  • @SusanBaudelaire Karma's a bitch...

  • @gtw1983 kids nowadays usually always want some kind of romance going on...but I agree. I think the Susan/Caspian thing is unnecessary:P

  • ah, dessa barndomsminnen! var typ bara 8 år när denna serie visades för första gången. minns dock att jag var helt såld på den! tack för uppladdningen! :)

  • As usual, they ignore Lucy.

  • Yes! Warwick Davis ftw!

  • Lucy: Edmund, where are your gift-

Edmund: I didn't have any gifts. I wasn't with you when Father Christmas handed them out.

    That's awkward. Poor Edmund.
