in sara's book it was about her living on a farm there was a calf born in summer when there mostly born in spring so it was a surprise and she named her summer:) then, her cow got very sick, but her and her father helped it to be the healthiest calf ever! then they entered it at a fair in a cow costume contest!lol.and she came in second:) then she and her dad got into an argument by her braking something at home.but then he needed help on the farm for the crops before the rain came, it would ruin the crops!!so she learned to "forgive and forget" (her motto, lol)
