@tuffnutts For the most part that is true. But Vista really doesnt work with mge. I've used mge on windows 7 and vista. Windows 7 works fine, windows vista doesnt. I've found this to be true on 5 diferant computers. So its not just mine that doesnt work. :P

MGE is even better now with animated grass and water reflections!
-
Mge doesn't work for me, everytime i open it , it says "Mge stopped working"

I have it on full distance, but with a weather/fog mod, the view is not often infinite because of the weather. It makes the days when the weather is clear all the more spectacular!
-
Precisely. I use MGE to double the view distance, which combined with the distant blur makes Morrowind still look and feel like Morrowind, but much more nice. Infinite view distance doesn't fit in Morrowind.

Nice, but I feel that you get too much info onscreen using this mod, using just double the maximum view distance seems to be closer to what had been intended.

this looks incredible with the fake HDR and bloom as well. but very laggy. if only this game had completely updated animations, meshes & textures, it would beat Oblivion in all aspects.
-
t wont let me install it completely. It says I dont have something then game me a chance to update it. But it still wont work!
Help! I its happend to you than you may help me.
-
well My computer can handle most games at full graphics without lagg. I just wondered if I had to install my expansion packs. Cuz you see I don't wan't to install them until I've finished original morrowind. Ah well. Thx anyways

Actually, DarkRadeon obviously has NO IDEA what he is talking about. You DO need Bloodmoon and a DX9 class gpu, although if you don't have a DX9 gpu you probably don't have a powerful enough gpu to even bother with MGE.
That is pretty impressive.
Will it Run on,
Intel core duo 2meg cache,
3gig DDR2 RAM and
512mb NVIDIA?

I would think so ... the system this video was captured on is half the spec of yours.

Actually I've had no problems at all with MGE & I have only done minor tweaking.
The reflective water is not buggy!
90% of all problems people have with MGE, is from failure to follow the "simple" instructions the requirements are clearly spelled out & easy to understand.
Then after not being smart enough to get it to work a lot of them get online & post that MGE is buggy & doesn't work when in fact its stable & easy to use.
