@gimmethelight You might be able to remove blur from the Milestone 2 if you can find some guides on XDA when they root it. Though it will be very difficult since it has that locked bootloader. Unless you don't mind MotoBlur

1)No, the update won't come until 2011.
2)For internal yes. This phone only has like 150 MB of internal storage for apps
3)I'm under a dumb phone plan. At&t doesn't know I'm using a smart phone, so I pay $15 for unlimited internet, I have unlimited text, and about 900 minutes. Since I'm in a family plan, the bill is usually $140-200(5 people).
If anything, maybe you should wait for a Milestone 2 thats compatible with at&t 3G. It has blur, but you mite be able to remove it root.

thanks for the video! if you don't mind could you answer a few q's for me? i'm on at&t as well and considering getting one unlocked from telus.. prob online
1. have you updated to 2.2 froyo? if so, did you personally notice any significant changes? processer speed is upped and flash enabled, i think?
2. with the amt of apps you have, is 8gb enough for an internal? i know you can't save apps onto your sd card.
3. finally if you don't mind, how much did you pay with an att plan?
