i know you posted this 2 months ago and i might be little late but at michaels i think you can start taking wilton cake decorating classes at the age of 12+. hope i helped u :)

I dont teach it really. Im showing people the lesson plan so they can decide if the class is worth there money. I can show you how to do a specific thing from the lesson plan if you want but if you have taken the class you probibly already know how to do it

@chamrock9 I dont remember but I think you would be taught how to make buttercream, fill a cake and cover it. Sorry, I took this course long time ago.

@chamrock9 On day one you don't make anything, the teacher shows you a demonstration of what you will be learning through out the course
