San Diego-based charity that provides free reconstructive surgery for disadvantaged children with physical deformities. Visit www.freshstart.org for more information. Patients come from the U.S. and around the world to San Diego for care provided by compassionate volunteers. 100% of donations go directly to Fresh Start's medical program.

Wow, that is great!!! Good to see medical advancements finally put to good use. As a cleft lip and palate sufferer, I wish I had access to these resources. Apparently 30 years old is too old. :(
Hope people can reach those in need while they're still eligable. :-D
