My first attempt in making a stop motion movie using lego bricks.

Sorry for the slight object movements and rough frame rate as I underestimated the number of frames needed and only used 5 fps. Even though I stuck down my camera using blue tack, the camera still jumps a little... any ideas on how to prevent this?

Storyline. One normal day in a cargo warehouse, the unexpected happens...

Enjoy!

Time taken: 1 day
Frames used: 500-600

  • My guess is you have to press a button on the camera in order to take a frame... this action pushes the camera slightly and causes that jumping around. If there's a way to activate the button via remote control, or some kind of wire control (old film cameras had this) you could reduce this effect.
