@sukdeezenuutzz i agree. barbell is more for strength and dumb bells are for gaining more mass to me.

smith machine is the worst thing , your stabilizer muscles get weak , once you do for normal incline bench you can never do same weight in it because you can not balance it , old school free barbells and dumbbells are the best

I've herd dumb bell bench is alot more effective. i was stuck at 205 for 4 months by doing only bar bell bench incline/flat. i switched to dumb bell bench press and i went up to 245 in about 2 months.

if you do dips like this guy you will strain your shoulder and can eventually lead to a rotator cuff injury. NEVER BEND YOUR ARMS MORE THAN 90 DEGREES!!!!!

@6burg1 if you are worried about stunting your growth then you should be doing exercises where you can do about 12 to 15 reps. @thatmanphil1 yeah you want to make sure you take your time and work your dips at a rate that works best for you, dips and flies kill my shoulders too so when i do them i just go slow. there r 2 types of dips.. one is for triceps and one for chest... how do i know weather m doing for tricep or chest...........??????
