It's the La Monnaie production from 1996 in Brussels, Belgium.

Uberto is Donato Di Stefano, Serpina is Patrizia Biccirè and Vespone (mute) is Enrico Maggi. Conductor is Sigiswald Kuijken, not sure about the orchestra. Maybe La Petite Bande?
