For those of you with higher combat levels, I would suggest powermining at the Hobgoblin Mine, north of the Bandit Camp in the Wilderness. Try powermining in a PvP world with a population exceeding about 1200. PvP simply because there are no revenants. You will not have to deal with people attacking you because the hobgoblins there are aggressive, and provide for an easy escape. Good luck, all.
