  • @linkman11 It's just an exaggerated way of showing a possible combo set-up.

  • ah Yes, this old sankyu is impressed, O soto garuma is a personal favorite....

  • @alteye1 The foot sweep isnt necessary... but it shows an excellent example of how to set up one throw with another. You try the sweep, it fails, boom osoto garuma. Or just picture the guy stepping, and you off balance him right as his feet are closing together (if the guy doesnt use proper judo walking). I give it two thumbs up, nice technique.

  • Very good video! I am shocked how many of my friends try doing a variantion of this to me, and end up hack the heck out of my knees, haha if they only knew.
