This was during a Tactical Rifle II course with Falcon Operations Group, commentary provided by Hollywood.

Very amazing weapon system, it's incredibly easy to stay on target.

for this style of shooting keeping the support arm parallel to the axis of the barrel and elbow pointed outward rather than down to reduce muzzle climb. it was difficult for me with this rifle due to the rail and cool guy accessories

  • @MichaelBarnes so this wouldn't be for tactical situations, just competitive shooting? it seems you are making your profile too large for tactical situations

  • @Jphoward3

all the people who introduced this to me come from a combat background if that means anything- as long as you're not doing anything goofy your silhouette will be the same as shooting in a modern iso handgun stance

  • is that Chris Costa I'm hearing behind the camera?

  • @MrFreightliner09

    no, Anson Beck

  • Agreed on muzzle control, I rolled with a team in bdad that all had thier VFG's set to the limit of the rail. At first i thought it was odd... I always liked it closer to the mag funnel to snap the gun up quickly on target. But what you lose in rapid target acquisition you more than make up in follow up shots. I shot about 40k rounds that deployment out of my carbine and it was eye opening seeing the difference in control. I have since ran my VFG all the way forward ever since.

  • Great video!!

  • F*ck santa, dear easter bunny....

  • That muzzle flash <3

  • nice recoil control. how hot did the barrel get while shooting those mags on full auto?

  • Barely any muzzle rise! :O

  • Man, forget all these cats with the "advice". Strong work as per usual.

  • @TheLastMag this rifle's rpm was intentionally decreased to 650rpm for added accuracy and they also gave it a 3 round burst capability for untrained hands : )

  • That is no way standard m4 800rpm cycling rate.

  • @sprtn089 exactly what i was thinking. i own one, so when i saw that buckle, i was immediately thinking DBT FAPC. Thanks for the confirmation.

  • What a bizarre sound when the bolt release is engaged!
