Just a quick note for beginners; Don't start off by letting your knee go over past your toes! You will end up damaging the joint!
The guy in this video is an EXPERIENCED squatter, and as such his joints can take it - most people's can't as joints/supporting tissue needs building up over time as they develop MUCH more slowly than muscle!!
front knee is leaning to far forward for a start. + it isn't an escelator move, its an elevator you go straight up and down, not down like stairs etc
