This is a FANTASTIC rendition of the "Russian Rag," written by George L. Cobb from 1918. It's a play on "C# minor Prelude" by Sergei Rachmaninoff.
Frederick Hodges performed in the Missouri Theatre at the Annual Blind Boone Ragtime & Early Jazz Festival. He was spectacular and the audience loved every note!
This concert took place on Sunday evening, June 1st, 2008 in Columbia, Missouri.
I hope you can attend this fantastic festival next year!

This sounds a lot like "Russian Rag" by George L. Cobb from 1918. Mr. Hodges announces the composer before playing. It's a play on "C# minor Prelude" by Sergei Rachmaninoff.

In Bach's time they called this a Quod Libet. One began to sing and another associated a tune that harmonised with the begin tune and so on. So your joke is also a little bit in Bach's mind.

Hello Heinbanjo!
Thanks for your comment. When I am clueless about a title I sometimes put in something ridiculous in order to generate a possible correct answer from viewers. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
Thanks for watching!

Wow! Fireworks! To me this is a fantasy on the Russian Rag. But, I've not tired of Wes Reznicek's still current rendition.
