Robert Stone, the critically-acclaimed author of the New Orleans-based novel A Hall of Mirrors (1967), which won a William Faulkner Foundation award for best first novel and Dog Soldiers (1974), which won the 1975 National Book Award, will read from his newest book, Prime Green: Remembering the Sixties. Stone will also have a conversation with Tom Sancton, author of Song for My Fathers: A New Orleans Story in Black and White. Sancton is this year's Andrew W. Mellon Professor in the Humanities at Tulane University.
